About me: 

Rubina is a licensed master social worker and certified alcohol and substance abuse counselor. She is passionate about helping people overcome challenges and achieve their goals. She is compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental and believes in creating a safe and supportive space for her clients to share their thoughts and feelings. Rubina is skilled in helping clients develop coping skills and strategies for managing their mental health and addictions. Rubina uses an array of therapies and prefers Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to work through negative thoughts and transform them into positive ones.
